Homemade Chili Powder
1.
Prepare the dried chili, first wipe the dust off the chili skin with a damp cloth
2.
Cut the dried chili into sections, remove the seeds and put them in a dry grinding cup,
3.
Cover the cutter head and tighten, install the dry grinding cup on the mixer
4.
Turn on the machine and break it (see personal preference), put it in a sealed bag and store it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. The surface of the pepper must be dusty during the drying process, so it must be wiped clean and then ground
2. The ground chili powder should be stored in a sealed bag, otherwise it will easily regain moisture and deteriorate
3. Whether to remove pepper seeds depends on personal preference
4. Chili powder can be used for stir-frying, or it can be used to make chili oil (pour hot oil on top and mix well)
5. If you want chili powder to be more fragrant, it can be fried and then ground into powder, which will not only taste more fragrant, but also extend the shelf life
6. Poisonous chili powder appears on the market. The reason why it is poisonous is that a substance called "Rhodamine B" is added to it. "Rhodamine B" is a synthetic dye with a bright pink color. It has been found through experiments that it can cause sarcoma in the subcutaneous tissue. It is a carcinogenic substance and is strictly prohibited to be used as a food coloring agent. Therefore, when choosing chili powder, you should buy it at a regular store. Of course, choose a good dried chili and grind it into powder. Better
