Homemade Cold Dishes... Spinach Jelly

Wash spinach and cut into sections.

Heat the spinach on medium heat for 1 minute with a lid and warm the spinach. The advantage of warm vegetables is that the loss of vitamins can be kept to a minimum.

Boil the vermicelli to soften and control the moisture for later use.

Fry the shiitake mushrooms into strips and set aside.

Use seasonings to make the sauce.

Mix the vermicelli and shiitake mushrooms with the sauce.

Finally, add spinach with dried water and mix well.
