Homemade Cold Noodles

Put the wet noodles in a steaming pot and steam for about 15 minutes. Use another pot to boil water. After the noodles are steamed, put them in boiling water and boil for one minute. Remove and drain immediately.

Pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil to mix the noodles evenly. While lifting the noodles, use a fan to cool the noodles. It is more convenient to have a fan.

Cut the tomatoes, slice the ginger, smash the garlic, add water to a boil, let cool. Chop coriander and green onion, and shred cucumber. The peanuts are deep-fried and the seasoning is processed
