Homemade Cold Noodles

The noodles are cooked in boiling water. Add the noodles after the water is boiled, pour half a bowl of cold water and boil after boiling. Put cold water for about 3-4 times, and the noodles are almost cooked. You can taste it while cooking

After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water and cool the noodles with water.

Take the noodles out of the cold water and put them in a bowl. Put in the ingredients just cut. I prefer tomatoes, so I put more. If there is no coriander at home, I didn’t put it. You can put the greens you like according to your personal taste.

Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and half a tablespoon of sesame oil. It's about this ratio, I'm the amount for one person, if you like sour, you can put more vinegar

If you think it’s dry, you can put some hot water to cook the noodles, I put 3 spoons

You can put some noodle sauce according to your own taste. The supermarket sells it, or you can leave it alone. I put a little bit, but the sauce doesn't taste good.

Tips:
You can put more scallions, I think the scallions are delicious.
I prefer spicy food, so I put millet peppers. If you don’t eat spicy food, you can leave it alone.
Don’t cook the noodles for too long, it’s okay if it’s a little harder, it won’t taste good if the noodles are lumpy.
