My son often eats grilled cold noodles at the grilled cold noodle stalls outside. I also tried to make it once. Although it is not very good-looking, it is really delicious. It tastes the same as the one I bought outside!

Homemade Cold Noodles

1. First, beat the eggs into a bowl, pour the garlic chili sauce and roasted cold noodle seasoning into a small dish for later use, add a proper amount of water and sugar to the vinegar, and mix well.

2. Cut the ham and green onions, put them on the plate and set aside.

3. The cold plate is first torn into strips of equal width, and then cut into pieces with a knife.

4. Pour peanut oil into the pan, pour the cold plate into the pan and fry it slightly, then pour the egg liquid, and use a spatula to hang the egg liquid on the cold plate evenly.

5. When you see that the egg liquid on the cold plate has solidified, pour in the mixed vinegar and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

6. Seeing that the water in the vinegar and sugar has evaporated, and the cold plate has been softened, add the sliced ham and green onions, and stir-fry evenly. Add roasted cold noodle seasoning and stir fry. Add the garlic chili sauce at the end.

7. Stir fry until you smell the scent of hot sauce.

8. A plate of homemade cold noodles is ready, it should be called fried cold noodles.
