Looking at the recipe, I wanted to make it, and found that there was no oil consumption, sesame sauce, etc. at home, so I made my own very simple, delicious cold noodles made with ingredients available at home

Homemade Cold Noodles

1. Take two garlic

2. Cut the garlic into minced garlic

3. Stir-fry the white sesame seeds (no need to add oil)

4. Sauce: Put the minced garlic in a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, fried white sesame, peanut butter, add sesame sesame oil and chili powder (ready chili oil can be used) in a hot pan, mix well

5. Boil the noodles and pass ice water after they are cooked (it is recommended to put a basin of cold water into the refrigerator before mixing the sauce, ice water is more delicious)

6. Cut the ham into strips and shred the cucumber.
Place the plate (you can add bean sprouts, peanuts and other ingredients)

Tips:

There are no standards for seasoning, soy sauce and other ingredients according to personal taste.
