Homemade Cold Skin
1.
Put the kneaded dough in water and soak for 30 minutes. The water needs to spread over the dough (the dough is the conventional way to knead the dough, I forgot to take pictures)
2.
After 30 minutes, "wash the noodles" (that is, put the dough in the water and knead it continuously to form a white flour water)
3.
Pour the kneaded flour and water into another container, and add water to the remaining dough, continue kneading, repeat 3-4 times, and pour the flour and water into the same container each time.
4.
Until the dough, the kneaded water is removed, and there is no white flour and water.
5.
Knead the flour and water, let the flour settle for 6-8 hours (not less than)
6.
The dough that is finally kneaded, also called (gluten)
7.
The gluten squeezes out the water and puts it in a dish
8.
Put water in the pot, put the gluten in the pot and steam for 15 minutes (the time is adjusted according to the size of the gluten) This is the steamed gluten
9.
Cut the steamed gluten into chunks for later use, as shown in the picture
10.
After standing for 8 hours, the surface has sunk to the bottom, and the water above is clear.
11.
Use a spoon to scoop out the clear water on the surface
12.
Only a little water and the batter at the bottom are left, mix well
13.
Put water in the pot, and scoop the batter into the steaming tray. I use a stainless steel basin. Steam it until the surface is bubbling, about 1 minute.
14.
The steamed noodles are very transparent and tough

Tips:
1. The face must be washed clean, so that the gluten that comes out will be Q-bomb
2. The sedimentation time of the facial cleanser must be more than 6 hours, so that the gluten channel is enough
