Homemade Colorful Fried Rice

A plate of overnight rice

Chop onion, cabbage, and ham separately

Tips:
1. It is recommended to cook the rice with Thai fragrant rice first, and then put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh overnight. The fried rice will be more drier.
2. After all the ingredients are in the pot, stir-fry over high heat. It will not take too long until the rice is heated through. It is recommended to only use light soy sauce to make the color better.
