Homemade Cooked Chili Pepper

After the dried chili is wiped clean with a damp cloth, use a grinder to make it into powder; this step can be done by the store; the chili powder can be finer when making the cooked chili pepper

Stir white sesame seeds into the chili powder;

Heat the wok, pour in rapeseed oil and continue to heat until it smokes;

After the rapeseed is fried, turn to low heat, and when the oil temperature cools slightly, add star anise, bay leaves, trinaphthalene, and cinnamon to fry until fragrant;

After smelling the aroma of the aniseed, turn off the heat; remove the aniseed;

After the oil has cooled slightly, pour the rapeseed oil into the chili powder and stir quickly evenly; the cooked oil chili is ready;

After the oily pepper has cooled down completely, put it into the seasoning pot.
Tips:
1. The oil used to make the cooked oil must be rapeseed oil, and it must be fried; the cooked oil must be fragrant in this way;
2. The type and amount of aniseed can be adjusted according to personal taste;
3. Pour the rapeseed oil into the chili powder. The oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise the chili powder will be easy to paste; the oil temperature should not be too low, otherwise the cooked oil will not fragrant.
