Homemade Corn Kernels

Prepare corn, tomatoes, and green peppers.

Peel the corn kernels, wash and drain.
3.
Shred the peppers and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, heat for 4 minutes, add the corn kernels and stir fry.
5.
Stir-fry corn kernels until 6 or 7 minutes of ripeness, add tomatoes and green peppers.

Pour in an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft.
