Homemade Delicious Duck Neck

Pour the braised duck neck and all the seasonings in the mixing bowl (add a little bit of five-spice powder)

Set the cooker for 1 hour/1A/140 degrees, and open the lid to collect the juice in the last 10 minutes

Put the duck neck into a bowl, add chili noodles, five-spice powder, salt and pepper, close the lid and shake vigorously so that the duck neck is evenly coated with the seasoning
