Homemade Dried Beans

Take off the long beans and wash them with clean water.

Boil water in the pot and bring the water to a boil.

Add the beans, use chopsticks to grill the beans, let the beans cook evenly, cook for about 2 minutes, remove.

Put the picked beans into cold water for a while.

Take out the beans that have been in cold water and let them dry. If the sun is good in summer, they will dry in two or three days.

This is the beans that have been dried for two days. They are basically dried and can be put away. Soak them in advance when they are eaten.
