Homemade Fennel Beans

Wash dried broad beans with warm water.

Soak until you can pinch it with your nails.
3.
Add water to the soaked beans and put them in the pot, and add two star anises.
4.
Add cinnamon and bay leaves.
5.
Add fennel granules.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer.
7.
When the soup is almost exhausted, the bean soft noodles are out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The cooked beans taste better when eaten cold.
2. If there is Shanna, add it to taste more authentic.
