Homemade French Fries

Cut the potatoes into strips and wash them.

Boil the water for two minutes.

After drying, after cooling, add starch,

Wrap it and put it in the refrigerator and freeze it quickly. The ice is good, about 30 minutes or so. It does not matter if it is iced for a day. The iced French fries will be more crispy. Remember to fry it when you take it out.

Fry it until golden brown. It's very easy to knock.
Tips:
Remember to fry it directly after freezing it in the refrigerator, without defrosting.
