Homemade French Fries

Cut potatoes into long strips and wash them in water several times.

Boil the water and pour it into the pot and cook until half cooked.
3.
Take it out and rinse it in cold water, and then dry it with kitchen paper to absorb moisture.
4.
Sprinkle starch evenly in the bag and freeze for half a day in the refrigerator.
5.
Put the oil in the pan, add the French fries in turn, and pour the oil out of the pan. It's delicious and I forgot to take pictures.
