Tips:
1. When the fat is refining oil, you can sprinkle a little salt so that even if there is oil on the meat during the refining process, it will not splash out and burn your hands. 2. When the meat is marinated, adding starch will make the meat tender and tasty. The same can be done when frying other fry. 3. Put vinegar in the pot, rather than mix it out of the pot and eat it.
