Homemade Fried Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Put the large minced meat in a bowl, sprinkle a little salt, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of pepper noodles, 3 spoons of cooking wine, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Cut potatoes and radishes into small cubes, put the bean paste and sweet noodle sauce in a bowl and prepare, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Pour oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry together.

5. After sautéing, pour the marinated meat into the pot and stir fry together.

7. Stir-fry for a few minutes, then pour in the bean paste and sweet noodle sauce.

8. Stir fry together.

9. After 1 tablespoon of starch is dissolved in water, pour it into a pot and add water to boil.

10. Prepare the noodles and boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, the strips are cooked in a pot.

11. After the noodles are fished out, scoop the simmered noodles, sprinkle with green onion and coriander (you can add vinegar and oil to your taste) and a bowl of homemade fried noodles is ready!
