The steamed stuffed buns are often made at my home. My son likes to eat yellow radish dumplings with big meat. There is also this gourd dumplings with big meat. The past two years have been too busy and I have not done much. Occasionally do something that everyone in the family likes so much

Gourd Meat Buns

1. Rub the gourd melon into shreds and sprinkle some salt for 5 minutes, squeeze the water and set aside

2. Soft and chopped vermicelli in boiled water

3. A few leeks, chopped

4. Add the minced green onion and ginger to the meat, pour in hot oil, add soy sauce and salt, stir and marinate for 10 minutes

5. The marinated fillings, gourd melon noodles and chives, mix well

6. Prove the noodles ahead of time and pull the cooked noodles into a potion

Tips:

The meat filling must be marinated for a while after adding seasonings, this kind of meat is particularly tasty
