Homemade Fried Tofu

Simple ingredients: tofu, green onions, light soy sauce, a little salt and oil

Tips:
When frying tofu, the fire should not be low. A high fire can quickly fry the surface until it is browned. Slow frying at a low fire will cause the tofu to lose moisture and lose its smooth taste.
