Homemade Fried Tofu

Buy fresh tofu and break it into small pieces, as shown in the picture, and let it sit for half an hour. In this way, the water can be controlled out a little, and the oil will not be splashed too much when it is fried.

Put oil in the wok and heat to 60% heat. Put the tofu in the well-controlled water, don't move it in a hurry, wait for the side to be slightly shaped, and gently push it with a spatula to ensure that it does not stick to the pot. (When the tofu is put in the oil pan, be sure not to high heat, just use medium and small heat)

Fry it until the tofu floats on its own, with a hard shell on both sides. Just fish out the tofu
