Tofu with Scallions

Cut the tofu into square slices and set aside.

Add a little oil to a frying pan, add tofu at 60% heat, and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Cut the green onion and ginger together, put them in the pot, and stir-fry until the aroma is achieved.

Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar to taste, stir and stir evenly.

Add a little water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Water starch thickens, sprinkle salt and chicken essence before serving, and stir fry.
7.
Serve it on the plate and enjoy it while it's hot!
