Homemade Fries

Peel the potatoes and cut into strips (the specific size should be mastered by yourself, but not too thin, not too thin)

After the potato chips have been watered, put them in boiling water and blanch for about 3 minutes (if you fry them twice at the end, you can blanch them for a while, I only fry one side, so I blanch them for a while)
