Homemade Fritters

Tips:
1. What I made is not good in presentation but economical and delicious. The purpose of brushing is to prevent the surface agent from sticking and not sticking to the hands and panels.
2. Any kind of pan will do. When I make it, I use a multi-purpose pan with electricity, but our gourmet world does not have this option, so I have to choose a non-stick pan.
