Homemade Fritters

Tips:
1: The dough of deep-fried dough sticks should not be hard. If it is hard, it will be hard. So the formula will have more water. It will be easier to pour most of the water and knead it in, and then knead the remaining water in with your hands!
2: When frying, press from time to time to make it swell better, and keep turning to avoid frying!
