Homemade Frozen Tofu

Prepare a piece of fresh northern tofu,

Cut into two large pieces, soak in light salt water for half an hour, then drain,

Divide a large piece into several smaller pieces,
4.
The same goes for another piece of tofu, all cut up,
5.
Bag separately,
6.
Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 8 hours.
Tips:
According to the usual amount, cut the tofu into small portions and freeze them. Take one portion when you eat.
