Homemade Green Onion Crackers (made Crackers in The Oven)
1.
Prepare the ingredients ~ chopped green onions! ! The butter should be heated in advance to melt into a liquid state
2.
The milk needs to be heated to a mild temperature, about 30 degrees Celsius. It is mild anyway, don't forget to put the yeast in it!
3.
Low powder, sugar, salt, baking soda, chopped green onion, and white sesame seeds are mixed in a bowl. At the beginning, use a spatula to mix evenly, then make a hole to put the yeast-containing milk and knead it by hand. Pink~
4.
After kneading, add butter and continue kneading
5.
After rolling into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour
6.
Time flies in a hurry. . . . Then just roll out the noodles~ roll it into a round cake shape of about 1~2mm (okay, I admit that I made it thick at the time)
7.
Then cut it into squares with a knife~ If you use a model, you can also!
8.
Put it in a baking tray and poke holes with a fork
9.
Then let stand again for 15 minutes
10.
Preheat for 5min, 170 degrees, then put it in the oven 170 degrees, upper and lower layers, bake for 10-13min
Tips:
My oven is TO5332
The amount of salt depends on how salty you like to eat. When you make the noodles, it must be thin enough. The thinner the noodles, the crispier it will be. Because it will bulge up when it is roasted, the chopped green onion must be drained. I use a non-stick baking pan. If you use an ordinary baking pan, you must brush a layer of oil on the baking pan to put it~
The temperature of the oven depends on your own oven.
