Homemade Griddle Beer Duck
1.
Prepare the ingredients. Soak the duck legs in water. Wash them. Choose green peppers as thick as possible.
2.
Cut the duck legs into large pieces. (During the cooking process, the duck meat becomes tighter and smaller, and it is troublesome to cut into small pieces)
3.
Remove the stalk of the green pepper and cut into sections. Cut the red pepper into small sections. Chop the green onion and ginger into pieces.
4.
Blanch duck meat. Remove and set aside.
5.
Heat the pan and put the oil on low heat. Add star anise, pepper, and dried chili until the aroma is fragrant. Add green onions and sliced ginger.
6.
Stir fry the duck meat. (Because beer is used, cooking wine is not needed here).
7.
Pour in a whole bottle of beer. If you feel that the soup is not enough. You can also add a little water (but be sure to top up the soup at once). Turn on high heat and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat. Add 2-3 spoons of light soy sauce.
8.
When 1/3 of the soup is left, add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, a little chicken essence, and a little salt (the light soy sauce was added before, the salt should be appropriate)
9.
Finally, add the green and red pepper sections and cook for a while. The green peppers are slightly broken.
10.
Put it in a dry pot, set alight and serve.
Tips:
When using beer to stew something, froth will appear when you open a large hot pot. It's easy to smash the pot. So watch the fire carefully.
