Homemade Home-made Simple Beef Lo Noodles

Homemade cooked braised beef, cut into thin slices, set aside.

Take a few pieces of Chinese cabbage leaves, wash them, sprinkle large pieces by hand, blanch them, and remove them for later use.

Take a bowl of noodles, add a small half bowl of boiling water (bone broth, chicken broth is better), chopped green onion, and hot cooked Chinese cabbage leaves.

Tips:
When eating, add balsamic vinegar, chili oil, coriander and other condiments according to taste.
