Homemade Hot Pot Meatballs with Sweet and Spicy Sauce

Prepare the ingredients you need.

The baby vegetables are broken into small sections and washed and set aside.

Cut potatoes into thick slices, cut tomatoes into small pieces, and chop garlic, millet and pepper.

Mix a bowl of sweet and sour sauce (1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of starch and mix well).

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add minced garlic and chili and saute until fragrant.

Pour the tomatoes and stir fry.

Stir-fry over low heat until the tomatoes turn into red soup.

Tips:
It tastes sweet and spicy. The soup base I make will be sweeter. The millet pepper is a bit spicy. If you like the salty taste, you can add more salt. Adjust the amount of sugar, salt and chili according to your taste! If you like heavy flavors, you can add some soybean paste or bean paste and cook together.
