Tomato Braised Noodles

First, prepare the ingredients. I make fresh noodles the night before. If you don't have a noodle machine, you can buy the finished product. The hot pot meatballs and prawns can be used directly without defrosting. The rest of the accessories are cut and prepared.

Heat the oil, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the diced tomatoes. Stir-fry until the tomatoes are thick and juice, pour in some water

Tips:
