Homemade Lazy Braised Tofu

It’s almost time for the soup to taste cool when it’s cold. Serve it on a plate. If you don’t eat it, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Otherwise, it’s air-dried like I did. That’s right, the darker one is actually air-dried.
Tips:
Anyway, it's a very simple dish. The seasoning is complete. You can add oil and vinegar. You have to taste it before it is out of the pot and decide whether to soak it longer. Finally, don't be lazy to leave the plastic wrap and air dry.
