Homemade Mango Butter
1.
First wash the mango and lime
2.
Prepare a clean bottle without oil and water
3.
Remove mango peel
4.
Cut the pulp into the food processor and stir into mango puree
5.
Pour the mango puree into the pot
6.
Cover with a low heat and simmer
7.
After half an hour, it was almost boiled and it became very viscous (stir it every few minutes, so as not to paste the bottom)
8.
Cut the lemon and squeeze it all into the lemon juice
9.
Stir and simmer the lemon juice and jam over a medium-to-small fire, then turn off the heat.
10.
Wait for the cool and put it into the bottle
Tips:
1. The bottle should be clean, oil-free and water-free. After filling it, let it cool thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator. Since homemade jam has no preservatives, it is better to consume it as soon as possible.
2. During the production process, jam may spill out, be careful of being burned.
3. Mango is sweeter, adding lemon can neutralize the sweetness of jam and make the taste richer
