Suddenly brewing mango jam was also a whim. In order to make mango-flavored yogurt, the old man said that yogurt was not tasty and had no milk taste. I was enough. I knew he didn’t like drinking yogurt. I should just eat it secretly. I really like this mango jam. The mango I bought is delicious, so the jam made is also very fragrant. Let’s take a look at the method. It is very simple if there is a bread machine. If you don’t have a bread machine, you can cook it yourself a little harder! "

Ingredients

Homemade Mango Butter

1. Two large mangoes, 500 grams, half a lemon for squeezing the juice (I later forgot so I didn’t use it), 60 grams of sugar, and about 30 grams of maltose

2. Cut the mango pulp into pieces, add sugar and marinate for 1 hour

3. Pour two-thirds of the marinated mango into a puree, and pour the remaining mango flesh into a bread bucket with juice, and pour in maltose

4. Put the bread bucket back into the bread machine, select the jam function, the program time is 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the lemon juice is added in the last 20 minutes (I forgot the lemon so I didn't add it)

5. After the program is over, bottle the boiled jam while it is hot and seal it for storage! The bottle needs to be disinfected in advance

Tips:

1: The container for jam should be disinfected and drained in advance;
2: Retain 1/3 of the flesh without breaking it to have a different taste;
3: Mango sauce should be sealed upside down and kept in refrigerator, and eat it as soon as possible.
