Homemade Mapo Tofu

                                Prepare two pieces of tofu

                                Dice the tofu, put it in water, add a spoon of salt to soak for a while, the purpose of this is to make the tofu not break easily during the frying process

                                Chop the lean meat, put it in a bowl, add a little salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and marinate for a while

                                Heat oil in a pan, heat to 60% heat, add minced meat, stir-fry until the meat is completely discolored, then serve and set aside

                                In a net pot, heat up, add oil, add a spoonful of bean paste, and sauté until fragrant.

                                Add the tofu, shake the pot to make it evenly coated with oil

                                Add minced garlic, a small bowl of boiling water and some salt, and bring to a boil

                                Pour in the lean meat, add a spoonful of chili powder, add a little soy sauce along the side of the pan, and stir-fry evenly.
