Homemade Mapo Tofu

1. Prepare two pieces of tofu

2. Dice the tofu, put it in water, add a spoon of salt to soak for a while, the purpose of this is to make the tofu not break easily during the frying process

3. Chop the lean meat, put it in a bowl, add a little salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and marinate for a while

4. Heat oil in a pan, heat to 60% heat, add minced meat, stir-fry until the meat is completely discolored, then serve and set aside

5. In a net pot, heat up, add oil, add a spoonful of bean paste, and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add the tofu, shake the pot to make it evenly coated with oil

7. Add minced garlic, a small bowl of boiling water and some salt, and bring to a boil

8. Pour in the lean meat, add a spoonful of chili powder, add a little soy sauce along the side of the pan, and stir-fry evenly.

9. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pepper powder
