Homemade Marinated Eggs
1.
If you are making it for the first time, I suggest not to have too many eggs. You can try it first, and make it delicious. Don’t let the eggs be cooked for too long
2.
Clean the eggs and set aside
3.
Fill a pot with a proper amount of water, put the eggs in, and it will be ok in about five minutes after the water is boiled.
4.
Soak the taken out eggs in cold water
5.
Gently knock off the egg shell, the egg IU is completely peeled off, white and tender, haha I cut half of the egg on the egg white with a knife and don’t cut it. I want to try which one is better point
6.
This package is for boiled eggs. Actually, I forgot when I bought it. I didn’t expect it would come in handy today.
7.
Put the peeled eggs into the pot and cook. The water must be poured out and the pot must be cleaned.
8.
Prepare the green onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, chili (not spicy), salt, sugar, and dark soy sauce!
9.
Put all the prepared seasonings into the pot, then add dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to boil! Use a small amount of fire
10.
After about forty minutes, the hot sauce is almost gone and the heat is turned off, but it cannot be boiled dry. The soup is still useful! Steaming braised eggs out of the pot! The fragrant smell is already tangy!
11.
Don't eat the boiled eggs right away, they will taste better if they are soaked in the remaining soup
12.
Pour the remaining soup and eggs into a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as you like! Don't leave it for too long to finish eating in three or four days to prevent spoilage! Don't cook too much at once, ten are the best!
Tips:
PS: As a final reminder, it is best not to reuse the marinated juice. Repeated use of the brine will generate other chemical substances, which will cause harm to the body!
