Homemade Meals
1.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms first.
Diced bamboo shoots;
Diced cowpea;
Diced pepper
Dried tea, diced;
Dice pork belly; (knock it with the back of a knife after dicing to prevent the lean meat from becoming hard)
After soaking the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stalks and dice. (The shiitake mushrooms need to be washed several times to clean)
2.
Put oil in the pot and pour the diced pork belly into the pot. (You can put more oil, because this dish does not add water, it depends on the skill of frying.)
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry.
3.
Stir-fry the meat until golden brown.
4.
Add shiitake mushrooms, cowpeas, bamboo shoots, peppers, and dried tea successively. (Be sure to pay attention to the order. Dried tea is originally eaten raw, so you must put the last one, and put the hardest one first. The second-to-last chilli pepper is to be red and more beautiful)
stir fry.
5.
According to personal preference, add bean paste. (It’s okay if you don’t add soy sauce.)
Continue to stir fry, fry a dozen back and forth is almost the same.
salt! No need to add! There are dried tea, light soy sauce, and bean paste!
6.
Out of the pot. Pour into the saucer. (It smells good, the light of the smoke machine is pretty beautiful. There is no PS, no beautiful pictures, and the pursuit of nature.)
Tips:
1. No need to add salt, no need to add water.
2. If you don't like friends who have a lot of oil, you should consider adding less oil and adding water in an appropriate amount. The water should be added after the fourth step. When the frying is flourishing, add a small amount of water and stir fry.
3. If there is too much frying, the rest can be kept for the morning fried rice, noodles, and various toppings~
4. Stir-fry the whole process, the fire.
