Homemade Moon Cakes

Boil the red beans into a dry bean paste, add brown sugar and mix well.

Baking nuts in an electric baking pan.

Rub the skin of the nuts and chop them.

Add glutinous rice flour, sugar, honey, and water to all five-nut fillings.

Mix well until sticky.

Dump the fillings into equal small balls by hand, weigh them, each group is 30g.

Mix the noodles with honey, cooking oil, water, or without water. Then weigh them in small groups, 50g each.

Wrap it, brush the egg whites into the oven and heat up and down at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. The electric baking pan is heated up and down for 15 minutes.
