Because my blood sugar is a bit high, I usually eat more picky foods, and I rely on this for my staple food.

Homemade Multigrain Buns

1. Take a container and put 350g of flour and 350g of corn flour

2. Add other grains powder and vegetable powder

3. Add an egg

4. Add about 500g of 36 degrees warm water to yeast

5. Pour in the yeast water slowly, stirring quickly with chopsticks, and then knead the dough with your hands.

6. Knead to shape (the specific method is in my collection)

7.

8. Put it in the microwave for 3-4 hours

9. Take off and knead into long strips, then cut into pieces

10. Steam on the pot for 15 to 20 minutes, complete

Tips:

Diabetics should pay attention to the amount of staple food! ! ! !
