Homemade Mushroom Chopped Pepper Spicy Sauce

1. Shiitake mushrooms

2. Wash

3. Squeeze out the water

4. Chopped shiitake mushrooms

5. Put three spoons of oil in the pot and heat it on low heat

6. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat

7. One bottle of chopped pepper for later use

8. Now when the mushrooms are fragrant, chop the peppers and pour in a bottle.

9. Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of salt [The chopped pepper is originally salty]

10. Peanuts, chopped

11. Add to the pot and stir fry

12. Stir-fry evenly and add soy sauce

13. Add a moderate amount of sugar [I put a tablespoon, a little more can alleviate the spiciness]

14. Add sugar for two minutes and then add chicken essence

15. Finally, the fire will collect the juice

16. Very fragrant, spicy and refreshing

Tips:

During the frying period, the fire should be low, and the frying should be kept constantly to prevent the pan from getting stuck.
