Homemade Noodles

Minced meat and pickles are chopped for later use, and ginger is added to the meat and chopped together.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir fry to change color.

Saute the cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and bean paste.

Add the pickles and stir fry for about 1 minute.
Tips:
Noodles: Put a small amount of water into the noodles, add some cold water to the boil, repeat the process until the noodles are mature, remove the fried minced meat and mix with the side dishes.
Pickles: You don’t need pickles. If you don’t have them at home, just leave them alone. You can also add some shiitake mushrooms and dried fragrant vegetables.
