Homemade Noodles (noodle Machine Version)

Measure out flour and water (the salt has been put into the water)

Tips:
1. In fact, you can make hand-rolled noodles, but we really like noodles (commercially available noodles are not tasty), so we bought a noodle machine, which is more convenient;
2. The noodles made with high-quality high-gluten flour are stronger;
3. Salt can make noodles more tough and chewy;
4. Our family has a small rice bucket, so we need to make 1 catty of flour at a time, and it is only enough for one meal... So, how many noodles you make should be converted according to your own meal;
5. If you can't finish it at once, you can freeze it and store it.
