Homemade Octopus Grilled Fungus

Prepare all ingredients.

Wash the hairtail, remove the internal organs, cut into sections, add cooking wine and salt and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and peel garlic.

Water hair fungus, tear into small flowers.

Tips:
