Braised Octopus

Wash the fresh hairtail, remove the head and tail, remove the internal organs, and cut into sections.

Put edible oil, five-spice powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce in the pot, boil the octopus, ginger and apple cider vinegar for a small stew.

Cut minced garlic and red pepper slices and set aside.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper slices to collect the juice and bring it out of the pot.

The braised octopus is served on a plate, with rich nutrition and delicious meat (not fishy).
