Braised Octopus
1.
Prepare a fresh hairtail, wash and cut into sections. (The weight is about one and a half catties).
2.
Take a small bowl and add a little salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar and water to mix. (Don't add too much salt, so as not to be too salty)
3.
Put oil in the pan, add shredded ginger, and fry the hairtail until golden brown on both sides.
4.
Add the pre-adjusted fragrant sauce.
5.
Cover the pot tightly and simmer over medium heat.
6.
When the soup is thick, open the lid and add a chopped green onion to heat the juice.
7.
Finished product.
Tips:
It is best to buy a whole piece of chilled hairtail. It is not recommended to buy quick-frozen ones that are packaged in supermarkets. Anyway, it is better to eat at home.
