Homemade Pasta

What I prepared today is a pack of 500 grams of convolvulus-shaped pasta. Take out half of the cold water and put it in the pot. Add two tablespoons of salt. After the high heat is boiled, turn the heat to a low heat for 15 minutes.

Prepare an onion and a little fresh minced pork

Drain and set aside

Heat oil in the pan, add onion and saute until fragrant

Add minced meat and continue to stir fry

Pour a bottle of Italian tomato meat sauce, if you like it, you can add some water

Add an egg and mix well

Pour in the pasta, mix well, and it will be out of the pot

Out of the pot
Tips:
Because I prepared meat sauce, I don’t need to add any other seasonings except for adding some salt when cooking the noodles.
