Recently, I ate the peanut butter made by myself at Uncle Yu’s house. It was really good. It was delicious with toast. It has been a week since I can’t forget the taste of peanut butter, so I came back to make it by myself.

Homemade Peanut Butter

1. Spread the pan on a clean baking tray;

2. Preheat the oven at 130 degrees, roast about 20, take out the peanuts in the oven and let cool;

3. Peel the cold peanuts;

4. Remove all peanut skins;

5. Remove all peanut skins;

6. Add appropriate amount of sugar and salt, cover the mixing cup and start mixing;

7. Stir the peanuts as finely as possible to make them slippery;

8. Pour out the stirred red raw material and add a little cooked oil;

9. Add the cooked oil and stir slowly to mix the peanuts with the oil. Add the cooked oil according to your favorite thickness. After mixing, you can eat.

Tips:

It is best to add sugar when stirring the peanuts for better stirring.
