Homemade Pickled Beans

Wash the crock beans and chop finely, then cut some ginger and minced garlic red pepper

Mix the chopped beans and seasoning with salt (the amount is about the same as the usual stir-fry)

Put it in a crisper or other sealed glass bottle and leave it outside for about two days (about two days in summer and a long time in winter) when the color changes and then put it in the refrigerator and stir-fry it.
