Homemade Pickled Chicken Feet

First wash the chicken feet and cut off the nails

Put the cleaned chicken feet in a container for later use

Lettuce, red pepper, celery, wash and cut and set aside

Put the chicken feet in a pot and cook them. Don’t cook them too much. Just cook them, about 7 minutes after boiling.
5.
Pickled wild sansho peppers bought in the supermarket, just boil in boiling water, add ginger, star anise, pepper and salt
6.
Then put the chicken feet and the side dishes together, cover with plastic wrap and eat it the next day
