Pickled cucumber, a kind of pickled vegetables, is relatively sweet and sour, an appetizer.

Homemade Pickled Cucumbers

1. Choose fresh, wash, drain the water, clean it, and keep it away from oil during the whole process of marinating

2. Cut the cucumber

3. Bring a small clean oil-free pot to boil water, put the cucumbers in the water and boil for a while

4. Remove and drain for later use

5. Take another clean pot, add salt, rock sugar and boil until saccharified

6. Arrange the cucumbers neatly in an airtight box

7. After cooling down, add red vinegar and rice vinegar

8. Add red vinegar mixed juice and marinate overnight
