I originally made boiled fish, but the store made a mistake and chopped it into pieces, so I installed my own method and made sauerkraut fish.

6. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and pepper to fry until fragrant. Then put the sauerkraut and stir fry, and finally put the chili.

Stir-fry the sauerkraut, put an appropriate amount of white vinegar, and then add the previously fried fish pieces, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white pepper on top, and add an appropriate amount of hot water to simmer until cooked.
