Homemade Pickled Fish
1.
Wash the fish, and then put an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine to marinate.
2.
Wash the sauerkraut and cut it well.
3.
Slice garlic and shred ginger. Cut green and red peppers into sections.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, drain the fish that was marinated before, and sprinkle a proper amount of starch on top to make the fish covered with starch. Put it in a pan and fry until golden brown and turn it over.
5.
The fried fish comes out and is ready for use.
6.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and pepper to fry until fragrant. Then put the sauerkraut and stir fry, and finally put the chili.
7.
Stir-fry the sauerkraut, put an appropriate amount of white vinegar, and then add the previously fried fish pieces, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white pepper on top, and add an appropriate amount of hot water to simmer until cooked. Simmer the water and add the right amount of chicken essence to get out of the pot.
